Interesting that storing cottage cheese, etc upside makes it last longer. Is that opened containers or closed? And how does it work?? Love the freezer cheese grater tip too. And after watching that video, my jaw literally dropped to the floor. I have corn in the fridge now. Am doing it! And no more cleaning at the grocery store. Keep those husks on!
